Bauman Moscow State Technical University (MSTU)

Bauman Moscow State Technical University, Bauman MSTU, sometimes colloquially referred to as the Bauman School or Baumanka is a public university located in Moscow, Russia. Bauman MSTU is one of the oldest and largest Russian technical universities offering B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in various engineering fields and applied sciences. It is named after the revolutionary Bolshevik Nikolay Bauman.
Bauman University has continued to integrate with the Bologna Process and its diploma is traditionally appreciated abroad. During 10 years it has been the main university in Technical Universities Association, the members of which are 130 Russian Universities. Bauman MSTU was the first to become a member of the association «Top Industrial Managers for Europe».
MSTU was given The Order of the October Revolution. The University provides close co-operation activities with Russian Academy of Sciences and Industry. It takes up the top place among technical universities. MSTU is in the top three universities, graduates of which are called for in the biggest companies.
The University science and engineering majors often have an opportunity for students and graduates to participate in research projects that are conducted by 7 Research Institutes combining their resources with intellectual activity of educational faculties to form 7 Research-Educational Complexes. 13 Faculties of the University are committed to excellent teaching according to bachelor degree program, master degree program, and internship.
