Information-Coordinating Center «Sputnik» represented by the director general M.V. Bakhtin took part in VII all-Arab alumni reunion and the International conference

"System of further training of graduates: the role of national integrations and universities" in Beirut (the Republic of Lebanon) in the period from 5 till 10 April 2011. Within the limits of this forum between ICC «Sputnik» and the Association of graduates of Russian universities in Lebanon the agreement on the collaboration in the sphere of further training and retraining of Lebanese medical workers and other specialists on the base of universities and scientific institutions of the RF was reached. Parties also came to an agreement about the collaboration in the sphere of training of specialists of different directions and levels on the base of institutions of higher education in Russia.

On April, 6 2011 there was the meeting between the general director of ICC «Sputnik» M.V. Bakhtin and the president of the corporation "Egytptian Russian Technology", the member of the Association of cultural and scientific development of connections with Russia and former Soviet republics Doctor Hussein el-Shafei, in the course of which the issues of Russian-Egyptian collaboration in the sphere of science and technology were discussed.

On April, 7 2011 M.V. Bakhtin met with the president of Krasnodar krai public organization "Arabic community" Rimavi Mazuz Hussein to discuss the education of Lebanese in Russian universities.

On April, 8 2011 there was the meeting with the manager on international programs with the countries of Latin America of the International fund of entrepreneurs Perez Ramirez Cesar Adolfo during which the agreement about Russian-Colombian collaboration  in the sphere of education and tourism was achieved.

On April, 8 2011  negotiations with the chairman of the Egyptian Association of Russian graduates and the countries of The Commonwealth of Independent States Sharif Hassan Ged were carried on, during which there was taken a decision about the visit of representatives of ICC «Sputnik» to Egypt in May 2011.

On April, 9 2011 there was the meeting with the chairman of the Yemeni association of graduates of Soviet universities Al-Zarafi Anvar, in the course of which the decision on mutual collaboration in the sphere of education and tourism was taken.

On April, 10 2011 the meeting with the president of the Association of graduates of universities of St.Petersburg Frantisek Svitala and the vice-president of the given organization Eva Matynya was carrying on, in the course of which the prospects of Russian-Polish dialogue in the sphere of education and tourism  were discussed.

On April, 11 2011 there were carried on negotiations with the dean on the work with foreign students of Financial University under the government of the Russian Federation S.V. Bezhanova. As a result the agreement about the collaboration in the sphere of education of foreign students on the base of that university was reached.

On 12-13 April 2011 the general director of ICC «Sputnik» M.V. Bakhtin on the invitation of the Jordanian Association of graduates of Soviet and Russian universities visited the capital of Jordan Amman. Within the bounds of that visit the agreement on the collaboration in the sphere of education and tourism was signed.

On April, 12 2011 within the bounds of the visit to the capital of Jordan Amman there was the meeting with the head doctor of the hospital Hatman in Amman Doctor Zuhair Abu Faris, in the course of which there was taken a decision about holding Russian-Jordan medical conference in Moscow; besides wide prospects of collaboration in the sphere of medical education and practice were planned; the foundations of the revival of the Society of Russian-Jordanian friendship were laid.

On April, 12 2011 in Russian cultural center in Jordan there was the meeting with the director of the center Alexander Dorofeev and the deputy director Vadim Zaychikov during which concrete ways of the cooperation of ICC «Sputnik» and Russian cultural center in Jordan were planned.

On April,14 2011 in the embassy of the Russian Federation in Lebanon there was the meeting with the attaché of culture S.A. Vorobyov. In the issue there was reached an agreement about ways of cooperation between ICC «Sputnik» and business circles of Lebanon in the sphere of education.

On April, 15 2011 the general director of ICC «Sputnik» M.V. Bakhtin visited the capital of Turkey Istanbul where there was the meeting with graduates of Russian institutions of higher education in the course of which the agreements about the collaboration in the sphere of education and tourism were reached.
