Volgo-Vyatsky Academy of government service

Volgo-Vyatsky Academy of government service was founded on 4 January 1992 as Volgo-Vyatsky personnel center in order to train personnel for state and municipal controllers of the region. In April 1995 it was reorganized into Volgo-Vyatsky Academy of government service.

Today the academy is the main link in training personnel for the state structure and the local government structure and is called to be a scientific and information and methodic center  responsible for the realization of state and regional policy in the sphere of training of personnel of state apparatus and regional authority.

Volgo-Vyatsky Academy of government service realizes educational activity of programs of high, post-graduate, general vocational and professional education.

Annualy there study more than 10 thousand students and listeners in the academy. The teaching staff (more than 400 lectures) of the academy realizes high quality of training. VVAGS has material and technical base, permitting to realize educational programs successfully.
